I had it all planned out in my head. The perfect outing, meeting, the wonderful parting, the laughter. Yet, with all it's imperfections it was fun.

I reached Serangoon MRT at 1, on schedule. Punctuality and I have a rather love-hate relationship. The moment I am late, when I see my phone clock, which is 10 min early, I proceed to panic.

Alas, Clara arrived 10 min late. FANTASTIC TIMING, THAT ONE! We contemplated our journey and decided that we would go to Orchard.

We arrived there, we were slightly late, but it was OK. Our periless journey began when we took the wrong exit. Well, thats an exaggeration. But the outing's timings changed after that.

Walking the stretch of malls, we came across Centrepoint and the Haagan Dazz dazzled our eyes. In all its' ice-cream glory. We decided to eat at a Singapore Declicacy eatery where we split the cost of food.

We walked for a bit, wondering what normal teenagers did at Orchard when they went there. Apart from shopping till they dropped of course. What a fit our parents would throw if they found us frivolously spending hordes of money on clothes!

Ridiculous. Note the sarcasm.

Finally, we decided to gorge ourselves at the aforementioned Haagan Dazz. 9.90, but it was worth every penny. Bet your salivating now, huh?

We took MRT back to PS, where we walked to Cenelisure. Or however you spell it. AHAHAA.

We watched a Japanese film, Hula Girls. I quite liked it. I thought the movie would be cheap and ridiculous at first, but then as it proceeded, I was glad the movie rid itself of cliches, but left the ending open ended.

We took MRT back, but not before Clara fell down. A kind soul gave her three of those sticky things to put on your cut.
